One of the most fundamental truths is that everyone wants to have a sense of belonging; feeling valued and heard. We all yearn for it. And, as we begin to embrace and seek out that truth our lives can feel more meaningful. We seek connection to others and to nature, find a new sense of balance in our lives. As we do so, we live more fully from our heart; seeing the truth of what matters for us, while honoring life paths of all beings.

My approach is integrative, drawing from various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based techniques, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
